The Plant Manager for the Stainless Division is responsible for overseeing stainless manufacturing operations including production, personnel, finance, assembly, maintenance, and facility operations which include grounds and building maintenance, security, refuse and recycling and pest control.
Requires a minimum of ten year's experience in a stainless steel product manufacturing management position; hands on machining, welding and polishing knowledge; and ability to create and read product blue prints. Must have excellent leadership abilities, communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
